Refund Policy

This refund policy (“Refund Policy) mandate the terms of the refunds which the users (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “you” or “Your” or “End-User” or “Users”) access and register on the ‘evolvewithus’ website, m-web and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “evolvewithus”), operated by Karishma Mehta & Neeraja Mehta (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Evolve” or “Company”), and the Platform Services (as defined below and hereinafter referred to as “Evolve's Platform Services), provided through the Evolve's platform.
 

Diet Programmes, premier programmes, subscriptions and any payment made to the Company will be non refundable and YOU expressly agree to the same. It is reiterated that any diet programmes bought by You are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-saleable. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-term subscription period. You may however, pause the Diet Programme and continue it at a later date of your choosing upon informing the Dieticians assigned to You.
 

Vouchers - Any vouchers bought by You are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable; but can be transferable, via ‘gift your voucher’ to another person or be used by You at a later date with no time expiry.
 

With regards to payments, Evolve's Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted on our Platform using Your payment card or internet banking. Evolve's Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to You in such instances.
